The Falling Film water chiller by Daussiny Laser Welding provides extremely efficient cooling via a plate pack of double-embossed pillowplates that a thin layer of water flows over. A major benefit of this use is that a large amount of liquid can be cooled relatively quickly to 0.5°C.
Modular, simple and fast delivery
Daussiny Laser Welding has developed a standard Falling Film water chiller with a unique modular design. This falling film water chiller has a standard housing in which a different number of plates can be installed according to the different uses and capacities. The unique modular construction enables Daussiny Laser Welding to supply these Falling Film water chillers at an extremely fast delivery time and a high level of user-friendliness.
Falling Film water chillers can be supplied for flooded and pump systems. For Freon, these are also available as a DX (direct evaporation) system. Upon request, the Falling Film water chillers can be supplied with plastic or stainless steel water container with hot/cold section. The water containers have 80mm of insulation and the exterior is finished with 1mm stainless steel plating.

Specifications
The Falling Film water chillers from Daussiny Laser Welding are suitable for different coolants, such as NH3, R404A, R507, R134A, R22, Glycol, Freon, etc. The coolants can be inserted with a pump, but also by means of natural flow. For Freon, a DX (direct evaporation) system is possible.
The double-embossed pillowplates are mainly manufactured from RVS304L and RVS316L, but can also be manufactured from SMO254 for special uses such as, for example, seawater. The temperature of the cooled water is 1°C or 0.5°C and the Falling Film water chiller can be equipped with a hot/cold section for recirculation.

– for general cooling
