In the case of single-embossed pillowplate, after the inflation, one side of the plates welded to each other remains completely flat. The flat side is suitable for hygienic surfaces on the inside of a tank. An additional benefit is that that the inside of the tank no longer has to be finished (ground).
Unique technical development
When welding, we mainly use laser welding technology that has been further developed in-company. When using this technology for the single-embossed pillowplate, one side remains completely flat and, even with relatively thin materials, the pillowplate is able to withstand high operating pressures.

Specifications
Single-embossed pillowplates are available in various materials. The most common materials are RVS304L and RVS316L and Daussiny has a large stock of these materials in various thicknesses.
Daussiny Laser Welding usually has baseplates in thicknesses of 3, 4, 5 and 6mm to 10,000×2,000mm in stock.
Moreover, Daussiny Laser Welding also has pillowplates at lengths of 8,000mm in stock in various materials, widths and thicknesses.
